Multifunctional Cookie Machine

Egg Wash

This unit may continuously and evenly wash egg or milk solution on the top of the running dough sheet.

Salt & Sugar Sprinkler

This machine may continuously and evenly spread salt, sugar or any other food particles on the top of the running dough sheet. The whole body of the machine directly contact to the ingredients is using stainless steel material.

Kibbler

This machine is mainly for use to cut the soft dough pieces into small cubes. This will be good for the dough feeding into hopper of the rotary moulder smoothly and evenly after scrunch into small cubes to make sure that the proper working on the forcing

Rotary Moulder

This unit is completed with three independent drives for forcing roll, moulding roll and conveyor. It equips with the adjustments of the pressure of the rubber roll, the position of the forcing roll and the position of the scraper.

Rotary Cutter

Rotary Cutter may have two types: one is single cutter and the other one is double cutters’ system. Both of them may be continuously embossing and perforating the dough pieces.

3-Roll Sheeter

3-Roll Sheeter is designed in 3 sets of rolls in bigger roll diameter. It is driven by inverter controlled drive.

Gauge Rolls

This unit is designed and developed to reduce the thickness of a continuous dough sheet, and they are made with a pair of high quality chilled iron casting steel material.

Cut Sheet Vertical Laminator

This compact machine is occupied a small space and used for laminating dough sheet with cutting the dough sheet into slices. The machine is equipped with cut sheeting and flour spreading.
