This unit is designed and developed to reduce the thickness of a continuous dough sheet, and they are made with a pair of high quality chilled iron casting steel material. The gauge rolls can process different variety of dough such as soft dough, hard dough, low fat or non-fat dough. It is driven by inverter controlled drive, and very convenient to adjust the thickness of the dough sheet during production. It may be adjusted accurately.
