The mixing bowl is separated from the main unit for easy cleaning. Complete with various type of mixing instruments and blades to cope with different type of cream or batter. All surfaces that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is designed and fitted with safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.
